Ab tak aapne computer par likhna aur internet chalana seekh liya hai. Aaj se hum computer ka wo hissa seekhenge jo office mein sabse zyada kaam aata hai — Microsoft Excel.

1. Excel Kya Hai?

Excel ko samajhne ka sabse aasaan tareeqa hai: Excel ek "Smart Register" hai.

4. Excel aur MS Word Mein Farq

Ye dono Microsoft ke software hain, lekin kaam alag hai:

  • MS Word — letter, application aur documents likhne ke liye. Jaise: Application, Notice, ya Report.
  • MS Excel — numbers aur hisaab-kitaab ke liye. Excel mein pehle se hi dabba-style lines (Gridlines) bani hoti hain jisme data likha jata hai.

5. Excel Ki Taqat ka Ek Example

Maan lijiye aapke paas 100 logon ki list hai aur sabka kharcha alag-alag hai:

  • Normal Register: Aapko calculator lekar 100 baar plus (+) dabana padega.
  • Excel: Sirf ek formula lagayein — aur Excel turant sab numbers ka total nikal dega.

Isi wajah se Excel ko Smart Register kaha jata hai.
